Haryana: Second FIR against US-based SFJ chief

Chandigarh: Another FIR has been lodged against the US-based self-styled chief of banned pro-Khalistan outfit Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) him on the charges of sedition and secessionism at Kurukshetra under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.

Haryana Police had earlier booked Pannun 10 days ago at Gurugram and have now got all the websites created by him and launched in the past one week blocked.

A Haryana police spokesperson said that Ministry of Home Affairs had declared Pannun as a terrorist for actively running a secessionist campaign against India through automated phone calls from the US and indulging in unlawful activities aimed at threatening the sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity of the country.

FIR has been registered on a complaint filed after Pannun, was seen blaming the Haryana government and its people for being inimical to the interests of Sikhs and Punjabis.
